Queer Liberation March (Reclaim Pride Coalition)
In 2020 I photographed for Queer Liberation March, a march dedicated to queer joy and resistance during contentious political climates and human rights atrocities. I loved being able to capture the true beauty of unapologetic queerness. Below photos are a few of many which I am grateful to have contributed for their photography campaign.
“The Queer Liberation March are a collective of individuals reigniting the legacy of Stonewall in NYC. We organize the Queer Liberation March as an annual peaceful people’s protest march, & we work to reclaim the spirit & meaning of PRIDE to better represent the LGBTQIA2S+ communities that have been silenced, marginalized, and oppressed… in America and beyond.”

The Modern Filipino
“The Modern Filipino” is a contemporary visualization and photographic series on the independent, free, queer Filipinos of today. Regardless of their ties or commitment to traditional Filipino culture, all models were invited to a photoshoot to express their individuality and self-expression through clothing, makeup, and props (a model jeepney, among traditional household items). Overlayed patterns reflect the pinoy flag and pride.
